No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific number of appointments, shows, bookings, or sales. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the age, size, and quality of the lead list, the client's industry, market conditions, and the client's own responsiveness and sales process. Any figures, timelines, or examples described on this site or in conversation are illustrative only and are not a promise of performance.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide any contact data to us and to authorize communications with the individuals in that data. Clients are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to their own business operations.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scaled Marketing and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to data you provide to us, your use of our services, or your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
